My temp goes up to a 100 degrees, GPU Clock Capping at 450 Mhz

My temp goes up to 100 degrees then the fan starts going 100% for like a second, then goes back to 20%, and the temp goes down as well. It repeats this process 2 times after that the GPU caps at 450 MHz GPU Clock, and 1400 MHz memory clock.

Maybe it could be the drivers that are wrong, idk

I am running the AMD Radeon 270, yeah I know it is an old card, but I am not the only one having this problem.

I can't seem to find any solution to this, AMD pls help

You'll have to give a bit more detail on when this is happening, e.g. web browsing, game + video running, multiple accelerated apps on/minimised, etc.....

Any third party oc/fan control apps installed/running,

Ryzen 5 5600x, B550 aorus pro ac, Hyper 212 black, 2 x 16gb F4-3600c16dgtzn kit, NM790 2TB, Nitro+RX6900XT, RM850, Win.10 Pro., LC27G55T..

It does it, either when I start my computer, or when I play games like fortnite.
I only have 1 case fan, and one CPU fan, if that is what you asked for.
