hello everyone.

have you encountered a spot on the 5700xt graphics chip?

the spot is located right in the middle of the chip and does not reflect like a mirror, it looks like a haze

Post a picture of what you're describing. It sounds like it could be discoloration from the thermal interface material or just the hotspot of the chip. I assume you discovered this during removal of the heatsink, possibly to do a repaste? Are you experiencing any graphics card problems such as overheating or just asking why the spot?
