My MSI Bravo 15 B7E laptop is having problems, even though the AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition shows an FPS of 60 and a frame time of 16.67 ms, it doesn't look like 60 FPS, it looks more like 30 FPS and 144 FPS looks like 60 FPS. When I tried to adjust the FPS of the game to 30 FPS it was extremely bad, almost unplayable, 30 FPS is really not like that. This not only appears in the game but also appears all other normal tasks including Youtube. I tried recording the game at 60 FPS and watched it on my phone with a refresh rate of 60hz and it looked normal.
