After updating to 21.4.1 it was fine for like a week or so, but as of yesterday I started getting occasional black screens lasting 1-2 seconds randomly during the day and more often - while playing a game (Halo 4). I'd suggest people to stay at their current stable drivers, because this one seems to be causing some problems at the moment.
My specs:
OS: Windows 10 (20H2);
CPU: AMD FX-4300 (Black Edition);
GPU: Powercolor AMD RX-580 (4GB version), bought recently;
RAM: 16 GB (2xKingston 8GB 1600MHz);
PSU: 600W.
Uninstall drivers using AMD CLEANUP UTILITY then install driver "Adrenalin 2020 Edition 21.2.3 Optional"
If u have nvidia drivers then use DDU to uninstall all drivers
I've already reverted back to the older driver version 20.12.1 with full cleanup. My post is merely to warn others who might come across the same problems. And I'm not that much of an idiot to have any Nvidia drivers installed, lol.
**bleep** it... I've spoken too soon, it seems. The black screens continue to appear, unfortunately. Not as frequent as before, but once or twice during the day for a couple of seconds. How I hate updating AMD's drivers - they always find some annoying way to mess up a stable system :[

The only Adrenaline Driver that worked flawless for my old RX 580 was 21.1.1, every time I updated to a newer driver I encountered issues. Try rolling the driver back to version 21.1.1
hope this helps you as well.
