Are you saying you want to make your IGPU as your Main Video Adapter and your GPU Card as your Secondary Video Adapter?
Yes, In BIOS Settings you can select your IGPU as your Main Video Adapter and see if there is any settings to put your GPU Card as a secondary Video Adapter. If not, after setting your IGPU as your Main Video Adapter see if you get video output to your GPU card.
If not check Window's Device Manager and see if your can enable the GPU card if the IGPU is the only Display Adapter enabled.
NOTE: In Windows Settings - Graphics you can assign separately which Apps will run in which GPU you have installed.
For games you can assign the GPU card and for other apps you can assign the IGPU instead. Depending on the Apps and how graphic intensive they are.
