Hello, this is my personal computer problem with my recently acquired desktop, he is introducing micro stutterings / freezes, on rainbow six siege and pubg.
the use of gpu dropping from 100% to 0, 19% in game.
yes i update lastest driver but not fixed.
How to fix?

-Rx 580 4gb asus dual
-Ryzen 5 2600 (stock)
- wndows 10 64bit version 1803
-driver installed 18.7.1
- MB: Asus a320mk
- power suply corsair cx450w
- 8gb ddr4 hyper x
- hd wd green 500gb
