Streamlabs OBS Overlay

I have the Powercolor Red Devil RX 5700XT and a Ryzen 7 3700X. When I stream on streamlabs obs, the little overlay preview thing showing what your stream would look like, lags my game really hard. I had my old computer with an i7 5820k and a 980 TI and had no issues. Does anyone know why this would happen? I spent $1300 on this computer and I have no clue why this would happen.

Experiment with the same problem as a monitor or TV that doesn't support FreeSync. If the problem is FreeSync supported monitor, contact AMD with this...

I ended up fixing it. It turns out that my other monitor was set to 60hz and Streamlabs was open on that monitor, so I was getting a 60hz game instead of 144. I set both to 144 and we are good now.
