When playing insurgency sandstorm texture fill @ a distance has black boxes like there is no fill in that area. Played this game for many months on an RTX 2070 and never encountered this kind of thing. Tried both versions of the adrenaline 2020 software/drivers as well as running without adrenaline and still have the issue. Anyone have any ideas??? Video below.

Running the game in dx12 solves the problem. Write -dx12 in launch options.
