Some questions on discharge of information ! Also on russian

В недавних сливах информации появилась такое : "rx 3080 tx = rtx 2070 , rx 3080 = vega 64 + 10%" . И так сам вопрос , vega 64 и так равно 2070 в интернете тесты есть же . Просто я понять не могу , две разные видеокарты будут по мощности равны . Я это пишу и не понимаю . Ловите тесты

AMD are not in the habit of giving info on unreleased/unofficial web specs on products.

You can speculate all you want ?
