Despues de muchos intentos en W10, la ultima prueba:
- Tarjeta pinchada directamente en una ranura pci de la placa ( una ASUS )
- Instalacion limpia de W10
Me la detecta w10 como tarjeta de video generica, instalos los drivers adrenalin 19.4.3 ( la ultima version ) y me dice que to ok ( si no hay tarjeta amd, no deja instalarlos, por lo que la detecta ).
Una vez instalados me aparece la tarjeta en el administrador de dispositivos como RADEON VII, pero con el triangulito de que hay un problema y me dice que windows a detenido el dispositivo y logicamente no funciona. Intento arrancar el programa de amd y me dice que no detecta ninguna tarjeta amd.
Alguna idea? no se me ocurre que mas mirar.

Clean installation of W10
It detects w10 as a generic video card, install drivers adrenalin 19.4.3 (the latest version) and tells me to ok (if there is no amd card, do not let them install, so it detects).
Once installed the card appears in the device manager as RADEON VII, but with the little triangle that there is a problem and tells me that windows has stopped the device and logically does not work. I try to start the amd program and it tells me that it does not detect any amd card.
Any ideas? I can not think what else to look at.
