When I change resolution or change display settings from fullscreen to Windowed Fullscreen sometimes the whole screen turns with coloured pixels , turns black 3-4 times and then return to normal. Its like trying to detect something but I dont know if its normal. Please assist if you know something. I will try to upload video when it will happen again

Seems like it's a freesync issue depending the monitor. I disabled radeon freesync and until now runs smooth.

I have an advanced FreeSync panel as my panel is very recent, have not seen any issues

your panel may not be able to show the desired mode, this is more of an issue for low cost panels
