Should a PC be able to support more than 2 Radeon 7's? I've tried in a mining rig and it never detects the third card. I have no problem with 3 or more NVidia. Thanks!

Has anyone tried more than 2 Radeon 7's in one pc?  I've tried in a mining rig and it never detects the third card.  I have no problem with 3 or more NVidia.
