Hi, i have a really annoying problem and i just can't find a solution. Everything started one week ago, i had Windows 11 installed and after i installed/uninstalled the driver a few times, tried lots of versions of the drivers and fresh installs I just considered it's a windows 11 problem, but i just freshly installed windows 10 again and the problem persisted. It's driving me crazy i just don't know what to do i googled it but couldn't find anything that worked. Could it be a hardware problem?

CPU:Ryzen 7 4800H
GPU:Nvidia GTX 1660TI
