I have encountered a strange phenomenon.
My equipment is:
CPU: AMD R5 5600X
GPU: ASUS ROG-STRIX RX570 4GB
Monitor:Philips 221V8A(Supporting 75hz)
Driver: The latest Radeon Software
When my screen playing at 60hz, It's fine at all. No flickering in Windows.
When my screen playing at 75hz, It has some strange phenomena.
I also use bluestack playing a game called ROX(Ragnarok Online), I let it play in the background,
at the same time I use Chrome to browse, but the flickering appears at times.
I tried almost everything,
Without freesync enabled or VRR enabled, the problem exists.
With freesync enabled or VRR enabled, the problem still exists.
The only way I can run the computer smoothly without flickering at 75hz, is turning off the bluestacks.
But I really need to execute bluestacks to do something...

Change the minimum freesync range, then it looks fine right now ....
So I don't know what is the real problems. GPU, Screen, or Driver? Can someone tell me? Thanks a lot ...
