When I am gaming the screen will suddenly flash green then go dark, while the audio becomes a repeat of the last sound played, resembling a growl.
The only way to exit this state is to restart the PC, which windows registers as an improper system shutdown in the reliability monitor, while not registering anything else.
Before, the reliability monitor would register a warning that NVIDIA PhysX had failed to download everytime my PC would glitch, but after uninstalling PhysX, the glitch persists.
