I just built a computer with Sapphire Radeon RX 580 8 GB PULSE Video Card. I have deleted and installed multiple drivers and still got screen flickers. This happens when any game was launched, loading screen and closing the game. The card is not overclocked I have replaced the card twice thinking that it was a issue with the card and still get the same flickers. The screen shuttering only happens when I have the 2 monitors expend. If I only use one monitor there is not any flickers. How can these flickers be taken care of? Will I have to go with a different graphics card or is there something that I will have to replace to get this right?
