I'm having significant graphics glitches on Monster Hunter world. See these videos for examples:

Also getting ERR12: Graphics device crashed.

Specs:

CPU: Ryzen 5 3600
GPU: Sapphire Radeon Pulse RX 5600XT
MOBO: Tomahawk Max B450
Driver Version: 20.4.2

I've tried reinstalling windows, tried older AMD drivers, messed with DX11-12 settings in MHW, updated chipset drivers, and reinstalled the game.  Unrelated to the game, I've had a couple times where my computer has randomly gone black screen and just restarted, as well as sometimes freezing on fullscreen youtube videos.  Do you think I need to RMA this card?  I'm waiting on Capcom support to suggest something, but I am leaning towards this being an AMD issue.  I haven't found any solution for AMD cards, only NVIDIA drivers.

Same problem using 5700XT and latest drivers 20.4.2 with MHW.

I think the problem lies with AMD Radeon drivers. A week ago i'm using Nvidia 1070. Zero issues.

I get ERR12 when i'm using the overlay that monitors temps etc like MSI Afterburner or Radeon's metrics overlay (alt-z, alt-r, ctrl-shift-o).

I've read somewhere that disabling Game Mode, Game Bar, and Captures in Windows 10 could fix some things. I will try this later.

No, unfortunately I had to RMA the card through Amazon.
