Can someone help.
I have a Sapphire RX7900 XTX with a Cooler Master GM34-CWQ monitor (https://www.coolermaster.com/catalog/setup/monitors/gm34-cwq-argb/)
I can get 120hz at 8 bit colour depth, but only 144hz with 6 bit colour and no HDR. The monitor has a DP1.4 port, but the 7900XTX DP2.1.
When i look at the Display specs, i have the following when on 144hz:
Timing Info - Horizontal - Vertical
Total - 3600 - 1500
Display - 3440 - 1440
Front Porch - 48 - 3
Sync Width - 32 - 5
Polarity - Negative - Positive
Interlaced/Progressive - Progressive
G.Pixel Clock (KHz) - 777600
G.Refresh Rate (Hz) - 144
HDMI Link Status Monitoring - Disabled
Current Link Settings - 5.4 Gbps x 4
FreeSync Range - 48 to 144 Hz reported by display.
I have tried new high quality Display port to display port cable, USB-C to displayport cable, USB-C to USB-C cables, but no change.
Any advice very welcome.
