Currently experiencing an issue where no matter what settings i change, my computer will only run at 25-40 fps, idle, in game or anything else.
Previously it was running immaculately without any issues, then today started doing this. Shown below is a userbenchmark test. Also the usage and clock speed for the RX6800 continually fluctuate from 0-100% under any load. Any help would be much appreciated.
UserBenchmarks: Game 18%, Desk 83%, Work 18%
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X - 78.7%
GPU: AMD RX 6800 - 11.3%
SSD: Samsung 970 Evo Plus NVMe PCIe M.2 1TB - 207.5%
SSD: Samsung 860 Evo 1TB - 57%
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX CMK64GX4M2E3200C16 2x31.5GB - 84.6%
MBD: Gigabyte GA-B550I AORUS PRO AX
