Can the card transmit a bad picture to an fhd monitor via hdmi 2.0? Even the icons on the taskbar have a small ladder. With this monitor setting, quality and sharpness are set. I tried changing them - nothing. I didn't do anything with the card, it's like that with the box, the drivers are original, fresh, the Windows scaling settings are fine. There are no problems with the monitor, we checked it on another system.
And in games (in any game) on ultra graphics settings, the background and textures 15 meters from the camera (character) are blurry, and they are drawn only when you approach their rendering zone.
How can I set it up so that textures in games are immediately in good quality? Well, and icons on the taskbar and fonts in the browser are displayed normally?
