RX6650XT stuck at high VRAM clock speed

Hello,

I purchased the RX6650XT a while ago, but the performance has been poor. I upgraded from my old GTX 1060 6GB and I'm getting the same performance. I'm running games like CS2 at low settings 1280x1024 and only just breaking 100fps. A game like The Finals at low settings barely reaches 60fps. Fortnite on performance mode and low settings averages around 100fps.

I think it has something to do with my VRAM clock speed always being stuck at around 2178, even when I have no games open. I have tried fixes with CRU, but changing my hertz doesn't seem to work.

Have you tried setting your cards setting to defaults inside the Radeon control panel? Or have you ever attempted to reinstall the drivers to your card to clear this issue?
