Rx6600 coil whine + increased temps/rpm/power consumption(?)

For the past 2 months or so my pc has been making what i assume is a coil whine noise from my gpu, starting off usually quietly, slowly ramping up the longer my pc is open to the point where sometimes even scrolling twitter makes it do a sound. The sound seems to get louder if i open amd adrenalin or the metrics overlay while in a game, but something i've noticed is that before the coil whine starts actually "happening" when i click on the record & stream tab in adrenalin, even if my pc has been on for like 40 seconds, it will always make the sound.

Now i know that "coil whine doesn't cause issues/is safe/normal" but I've also noticed that when the sound is happening with amd adrenalin open my gpu temps slowly go up 1 by 1, my rpm goes from 900 slowly to 1100~ n back down and  yesterday I realized my power consumption increases by a decent amount too.

Have you cleaned out inside your case with a PC vacuum or compressed air? That can help bring temps down. As for coil whine, maybe try using 2-part hybrid epoxy superglue to seal choke coils. There are details online, but be aware of the risk doing this. If your card is still under warranty, you can just RMA it.

I have not cleaned my pc in a while but its been dustier in the past, i dont think the problem is dust..it feels hard to explain, its like the coil whine also increases my temps, rpm and power consumption(or at least these all happen at the same time) And it happens extremely consistently if i ever open amd adrenalin or the metrics while tabbed into a game, if im alt tabbed out of it,aka on discord/browser instead the metrics seem normal.

I feel crazy looking up a solution or a reason behind this for the past 1-2 months but this thread ( https://community.amd.com/t5/pc-drivers-software/adrenalin-overlay-increases-power-consumption-noise... ) has been literally the ONLY thread in the entire internet i've found that is similar to my problem, same gpu too
