Everything worked fine before the update. I have reinstalled GPU drivers after using DDU. When selecting YCbCr options the screen goes blank as if it is changing settings then reverts back to RGB. The TV im using is samsung Q8fn (2018).

Any suggestions are appreciated

Same problem here, i have XFX RX 480 8GB with a LG Tv 39 using AMD Driver 19.5.2, after windows update i can't use YCbCr, only RGB works, already try reinstall driver and install old version 19.5.1 version but not work.

My windowns version is 1809 build 17763.529

I have the Sapphire rx-570 4gb and i can use YCbCr on some resolutions and refresh rates only. For example i can't on 1080p 60hz but i can on all others hz 59-50-24-23.

Some times i can't select 24hz. The screen turns black.

And for the first time ever with 19.7.5 driver, all of a sudden after a game, the black level stuck in something between limited and full range and i can't fix it without uninstall the driver.

Windows version 1903.
