I have switched the inputs numerous times. The monitor that wasn't recognized - still isn't recognized no matter what input I use. On a basic windows boot, both monitors work. They both worked on my previous video card. This seems to be an issue with this card. I've tested the monitor separate from the desktop and it functions properly. AMD tech support page only directs me to a Microsoft tech support page on how to set up multiple monitors. That's basic information that doesn't fix the issue.
