hi my powercolor RX580 isnt doing as it should lol. whenever i put it in the slot and plug it in from the psu it sounds like its gonna take off like a boeing BOE580 and there is nothing on the screen. ive tried all the DP slots and the dvi slot but nothing. heres my specs
