RX580 Can't Go Above 120Hz w/ 1440p 10bpc

I have a triple monitor setup with 2 1080p monitors and a 1440p monitor.  It's for productivity, so it's not an issue of pushing the card too hard in gaming.  The monitors are:

Acer XB273U 1440p
2x Acer XF240Y 1080p

I'm using DP 1.4 cables rated at 32.4Gbps and have tried multiple cables.  The reported link speed in Adrenaline is 5.4 Gbps x 4.  This seems like it may be the issue but I don't know how to fix it.  I tried to use GPU-Z but it doesn't show me any monitor data.

The display properties in list all modes includes the following:
2560 by 1440, True Color (32 bit), 120Hz
2560 by 1440, True Color (32 bit), 144Hz
2560 by 1440, True Color (32 bit), 165Hz

When I try to select 10bpc while the monitor refresh rate is set to 144Hz or 165Hz the screen will go black for a second and then come back on reset to 8bpc.

The two 1080p monitors will set to 10bpc all the way up to 180Hz without issue.

Any ideas what the problem is or how I can diagnose it?
