Hi i bought new rx 580 and i replaced it becouse i wanted to upgrade. My old gpu was Nvidia gtx 745 and when i built my pc with new graphics card, i figured out i have application glitches (Discord, Steam etc...) And when i play some 3D games i see white dots flying on my screen.
Info: I did not overclock the gpu, I uninstalled all nvidia drivers, I downloaded newest amd driver [still not working], in my driver my freesync is off, and my power limit is on max.
I will show you guys what i mean by "application glitch"
