Its been a while since I really built a PC and I could use some help at the moment. Everything seems correctly installed and when I first got the PC and assembled everything it seemed to work fine, if a bit sluggish. I updated and installed the newest recommended drivers and was running fallout 4 with little problems, though I was getting the occasional lag stutter.. However, when attempting to play World of warships on high settings the game and display hard crashed to desktop. Since then I have been getting basic video only. It will load to the windows log in screen at which point lag spikes begin, even to the point of lagging while typing in the log in password. On rare occasions it will make it to desk top, but not for several minutes and the display inevitably dies. St the moment I'm having trouble just getting to setting to even try and change what is wrong.

So far I have completely reinstalled windows, completely assembled and reassembled the entire rig, updated my motherboard Bios and tried changing my PCI setting from Auto to Gen 3 all with no noticeable effect. At this point I would take to a professional but with the pandemic nobody is open.
