I have recently completed my first computer build, installed the RX570 GPU, connected the PCI E power, connected into motherboard, when I switch the power supply on (without turning the PC on), LED 1 lights up solid white on the GPU and stays that way. When I turn the PC on, everything turns on except the GPU, LED 1 stays solid white and the fans don't move on the GPU...
I've pulled it out of the motherboard and reinstalled in case of lose connection but same result.
I haven't configured anything in the BIOS yet as when I plug the HDMI into the TV (haven't got a monitor yet) nothing appears.
