Many people in the amd community have this problem. Even in external forums, there are many people who don´t know what to do with this problem. PLEASE HELP US

- The graphics card is stuck at 300 Mhz No matther what you do, it´s always at 300 Mhz even in games or 3d software.
Stress test
You can see the GPU load at 100% but the core clock remains at 300 mhz
