I've been using RX560 for a year and half maybe and it was working fine until two days ago. While i was playing games the frames drop from constant 90 fps or 60-70 fps to 25-30 fps.
The only thing i did was i installed the lastest amd drivers, ClockBlocker and PRIO - Process Priority Saver.
I unninstalled everything even formatted my pc and tried installing a previous version of my driver it still having the same Frames drop issue.
It seems i found the problem...? Fans not spinning, temperature goes over the supposed part and GPU clock is dropping. Using AMD RX560 MSI 4GB btw
get msi afterburner and set a custom fan profile that is more to your tastes
The problem is that even when i set my fan speed on msi afterburner, it won't get my temp down nor get my fan to spin?
does that happen with the fan at 100%
Yes it does, it won't spin even at 100% fan speed, fan rpm is 0
can you see the fan turning?
if it does not turn on then the fan or the controller may have failed
