My desktop updated automatically to Windows 10 v. 1803 and with the RX480 physically installed all I see is blank screen on both primary and secondary monitors. When I remove the RX480 and connect VGA from motherboard only the system boots into Windows normally. I don'y know how to get out of this loop? We have tried to back out the 1803 update but that option is not available thru normal reset or restore paths.
