If noone is able to answer your question. You have two choices:

1) Open AMD EMAIL SUPPORT Ticket : Email Form

2) Try posting at this AMD Linux Forum: https://www.phoronix.com/forums/forum/linux-graphics-x-org-drivers/amd-linux​

Someone else opened a thread with the same issue previously except with 18.10. No solutions offered. amdgpu-install 18.10 fails on Centos7.5

lonny​ why a second post

and again - their driver is working - what is not working is your CentOs install/config

PC: R7 2700X @PBO + RX 580 4G (1500MHz/2000MHz CL16) + 32G DDR4-3200CL14 + 144hz 1ms FS P + 75hz 1ms FS
Laptop: R5 2500U @30W + RX 560X (1400MHz/1500MHz) + 16G DDR4-2400CL16 + 120Hz 3ms FS
