RX480 bad performance/low FPS in games, also with low settings.

Hi, one week ago I started having bad performance in Call of Duty Warzone (It was average 70fps, now it's 70 to 30 fps, very unstable with stuttering and lag, doesn't matter if low or high settings).

I tried a lot of things:

-I reinstalled the Graphic Card and cleaning the PCIE.
-Reinstalled the game.
-I tried to put Power Limit +50 or 0.
-DDU in safe mode to put previous Driver (Adrenaline 20.2.2,20.4.2,latest optional,ecc.).
-I reinstalled the Graphic Card and cleaning the PCIE and GPU.
-Reinstalled the game.
-Performance Mode in Battery Saving Mode(Windows)
-Didn't seems thermal throttling from what I know, in gaming I have 60°.

I also installed CSGO to see if I had the same problem, and I clearly see the FPS going from 150 to 60 randomly, no difference beetween high or low settings.

This is my configuration:

CPU: Intel Core i5 6500
Motherboard: AsRock H170 Pro4s (Bios with last update P7.40)
SSD: Ocz TRN150-25SAT3-240G Trion 150/HDD: Seagate ST1000DM003 1TB
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16gb (2x8) CMK16GX4M2A2133C13
GPU: RX480 Gygabite Gaming 8GB
Monitor: Samsung C27F396 & TV Sony KDL-32EX402(disabled in windows while playing)
PSU: Corsair CX550M CP-9020102-EU 550W
Case: Thermaltake Versa H23
S.O: Windows 10 PRO 20H2
Driver GPU: Adrenalin 20.9.1

I don't know what to do and I cannot try my GPU in other PC.

I Hope you can help me.

I would run OCCT from ocbase dot com and see it sees a problem with the GPU, Power Supply or other components. You can use HWINFO while OCCT is running too, to monitor in real time as it tests. Look for power dropping under 12 volts. You could just have a failing Power Supply causing the sudden issues. Worth checking out, it's free and easy to do.

Report back what you find.

I tried the Power Test & 3D Test in OCCT and I have Black Screen with GPU fans running at max speed.
I have the same problem with Furmark and GFXbench but not with 3DMark,Heaven Engine and Superposition.

Can I link my HWInfo test with Warzone?
