RX470 System Freeze Since Using Second Monitor - Streaming - 17.12.2

Hi,

I've been using this AMD Radeon RX 470 for the past year - no issues.

3 days ago I bought a 2nd monitor, and then problems started, well one problem:

When I game on my main monitor and watch youtube/twitch.tv on the 2nd monitor, and go full screen - sometimes both of the monitor would freeze - no black screen or anything (sound keeps going). The only way to get my pc back into functioning mode is to hard reset.

If I keep watching youtube/twitch without full screen - it's ok.

I'm running up-to-date AMD graphics driver (17.12.2).

Win10 64-bit.

My old monitor (used as 2nd monitor now) is LG E2342.

Main monitor (new) Asus VG245HE.

tried different connections with the old monitor (HDMI, DVI)

Reinstalled GPU driver.

Not sure what else to do. Any ideas why that's happening or how I can fix it?

Thanks.

That helped! thanks!

I almost never do this, but if i try to open a 2nd game in parallel. While it's open, move it to the main monitor, i get the same problem.

I dont have to do that, but there's clearly something fishy going on.
