RX 7900XTX randomly freezes then restarts and BSOD

When I play games my pc will just randomly freeze then it reboots. It is very annoying and I can't figure out why it's happening. I also get the BSOD with error code Driver_IRQL_Not_Less_or_Equal. The crashes happen in almost any game I play. Please Help

Specs:

merc 310 rx 7900xtx

ryzen 7 5800x3d

32gb ddr4 3200mhz

1000w rog strix psu

asus prime x570p mobo

How hot are the CPU and GPU getting before it crashes?

haven't played anything other than Valorant since seeing ur reply. The gpu and cpu were in the mid to high 60's the whole time.

I am currently using 23.12.1, this version came out late November and I have tried using the version that came out after but kept having issues aswell.
