Hello, I have a rx 7900 xt Gigabyte OC 20G, I played for a few days with rt (fortnite,witcher 3) I installed CP2077 and suddenly no game works with rt, the game hangs after turning on rt or even in the options sometimes. It crashes to the desktop and a message pops up that amd drivers overtime. I tried changes in the registry, with HZ refresh, adrenaline, various drivers also pro or clean versions, nothing helps at all, I would consider rt cores damaged but I played games normally with rt and there was no problem. I can play games without rt at full load without any problems for whole days!

Before we go down the deep rabbit hole of diagnostics, I'm assuming that you're running the latest version of Windows, along with your drivers, BiOS, and other oddities are up to date?

Yes all drivers is actually

Based on your post, I'm thinking that this could very well be a hardware defect, since using RT shouldn't cause the game to hang up and crash. I'm currently on 24.12.1 drivers, where I tested RT in Ratchet & Clank, Spider-Man games, and Cyber Punk for a bit; after playing 5-10 minutes each, they ran fine on my end.

If you're still in the return window, I would RMA it and grab a Sapphire Nitro+ card instead, to be honest... (Even if there's a slightly higher premium for the Sapphire card, it's still worth it due to their top-notch QC alone.)

My card just start working on all games with ray tracing and benchmarks.. idk how and why

Very strange, but at least it's working, and you don't have to go through the hassle of RMA.
