The essence of the problem. When playing Call of Duty 3 warzone there are artifacts when examining the smoke behind the zone, as well as during the shooting in places with low light (seen in the video, when transferred to a light board - artifacts in the smoke disappear).

I've already tried playing with graphics settings, the problem is with drivers and only in this game

Hey BVGoer i was having same issue and it was only on call of duty...all my other games are running fine. this is the fix for me on warzone...I changed the fidelity cas to FSR 2.1 and vsync to 100% and that fixed it...no more dots at all! hope this helps.
