RX 7800 XT with both Windows and Linux, screens stay powered on when the computer is locked. Screens turn black, but back light stays on. One of monitors is connected using HDMI another display port. Looks like the graphics card instead of cutting off signal from screens just sends black signal instead. It dramatically increases power consumption the graphics card and monitors when the computer is not in use. I believe this type of behaviors is against the EU law. Drivers updated a few times, but the problem still stays. If RX 6600 fitted on the same computer problem goes away. If RX 7800 XT fitted to another computer problem gets transferred with the card.
