I just built my first pc, i initially set the gpu to quiet, and it was working fine except on halo, where my entire system would randomly shut off (except for fans and led), this issue was seemingly fixed when i switched it back to performance mode, but doing that causes any game i play to regularly stutter, no fps issues and no performance issues, it just freezes for a half second every few minutes and its getting annoying, ive tried a few fixes and none of them helped
games i tried:
halo 2 mcc
valorant
black ops 6
it reliably stutters on all three of them
fixes i tried:
-turned off all adrenalin ai features
-turned on gpu scaling
-restart
any more recommendations are appreciated.
