RX 6950 XT flashing dots in textures

Hi everybody,

 

I would like to receive support for an annoying problem with the video card RX 6950 XT. I bought the card less tha one year ago and I started to see the problem (flashing dots all around the screen) since the beginning but I thought it was some driver issue with just a signle game (Hoghwart's Legacy at the time). Unfortunately, the problem has arised in some other gamese like Halo Infinite and Palworld. It's not a monitor prtoblem because I tried in a different monitor and I experience the same issue. I changed output port as well (I tried both HDMI and Display).

My configuration

MB: ASUS ROG STRIX B760-F

RAM 32 GB

Processor: Intel i7 13700K

VideoCard: XFX Speedster MERC319 RX 6950XT

Try  this and use the baseline profile option as a test to see if it helps. https://rog.asus.com/motherboards/rog-strix/rog-strix-b760-f-gaming-wifi-model/helpdesk_bios/  as there are many reports of Intel 13th and 14th gen cpu's degrading or failing from to much power input.
