Hi,
I tried switching on my PC yesterday (specs below) and my craphics card didn't show any output, but the fans were still turning. Luckily my cpu has an integrated graphics chip, so I was able to get a picture.
I then opened device manager, where I got the following message:

The card only shows up in the device manager, not in the BIOS or amd Software: Adrenaline edition
The drivers are updated to the newest stable version, I have also tried reinstalling the software and resetting the settings and reconnecting the power pins.
I am running Windows 11 version 22H2
My specs are:
Ryzen 7 7700x
XFX AMD radeon rx 6900xt("swift 319")
ASUS TUF Gaming B650-PLUS
Be quiet pure power 12M
Kingston Fury 16 GB DDR5 ram
2tb nvme drive
