Hi, a while ago my rx 6800xt its been crashing with all games that use directX12 like fornite, marvel rivals, GOW ragnarok, etc. I have try to reinstall drivers using DDU and change the PSU, temps are good under 80 on the hotspot. what happend is that is just randomly restart the pc and the dedicated card does not give any image but the integrated graphics works fine. I also test the Vram , the ram and the graphic card and the CPU are working fine under stress tests. Is there something im missing? HELP!

RX6800xt gigabyte OC gaming

Asrock b450m pro4f

32 GB ram 4x8 3200mhz

M2 patriot 1tb

HDD 1tb

PSU thermaltake 850w gold

Possible solutions:

1. update bios

2. Disable iGPU

3. Active SAM

4. update windows

5. use AMD Cleanup Utility and reinstall stable drivers

If it doesn't work, reinstall Windows from scratch

To what @helixo56 said, you can use the AMD cleanup utility and try a previous Adrenalin driver version to see if that fixes your issue.
