Rx 6800 red dragon strange ticking noise

Hi I just bought a rx 6800 from powercolor the red dragon model and it's making a weird click/ticking sound I think it coming from the fans and it only happens every now and then, maybe after a bit of gaming but it's not effecting game play, temps, etc.. but it's annoying, has anyone else had this problem? what could it be?  thanks in advance

The guy on the post never replied back but they suggest it possibly being an issue with the psu not being high enough.. and the noise is coming from psu strain. The guy on this post was using a 600w psu

I haven't heard it since I made the post to my surprise, im using a 650w power supply on the amd site they say it's the recommend psu and the power supply is only a year old seasonic 80 plus gold do you think I should bump up to higher watts ?
