RX 6800 Fans constant 100%
The fans on my RX 6800 are either at 0RPM, or 3200RPM.
It does not matter how I set the fan curve or temps in Adrenaline, they go straight to 3200RPM as soon as I start any game, or any task that needs the fans to be on. This is even when the GPU is only at 46C.
Is this a faulty card, or faulty driver?
How can I fix?

Is this a reference card or a partner card? What driver version are you using? What are the rest of the system specs?

As it is an MSI card I suggest downloading the drivers from MSI and also check for BIOS updates.
MSI has their Afterburner utility to control the fans.
