RX 6800 - Crashing

Hello

I've had a few problems with my setup. Mostly every game runs fine untill I start streaming my game on Twitch or Discord Screenshare.

Games like Cyberpunk 2077 crashes my pc as soon as I have loaded an save. In CS GO i can play up to 10 mins before total crash.

When I turned off all overlays in Steam, Discord and turned off overlay and adviser/overlay in Radeon Software I can play for longer time.

But it only crashes when i start streaming or sharing my screen some how.. Any idea what this is

I might have found a solution. Seems like the Radeon/AMD Software is causing these issues. I'm going to test this further tomorrow.

How I did it:

-Removed old driver/software

-Downloaded new driver (no web installer)

-Unzipped the driver installer .exe

-Updated driver for videocard for Device Manager and selected to look for driver in the unzipped folder.

Update:

With the solution above I was able to stream for hours on Twitch yesterday. Screensharing worked perfectly on many games untill I screenshared Cyberpunk on Discord. Max 1 minute gaming after loading the save, it crashed just like before..

Question do you have the windows amd driver and amd chipset driver installed?

When i had both drivers installed i was getting desktop crashing while idle. once i removed all

amd drivers with the amd driver removal tool, and just installed amd chip set driver and gpu driver

once done my desktop crashing reduced significantly. Then i found my problem it was the ram timings.

so i went from corsair vengeance lpx 3600mhz cl18 ram to corsair vengeance lpx 3600mhz cl14 ram

both with docp enabled. my problems have all disappeared
