RX 6800 artifacts, crashes and driver timeouts

After multiple uses of AMD clean-up utility and a whole fresh Windows install, the problems with my PC still persist.

The problems persist of some weird artifacts in games, like flickering shadows, reflections looking strange, faint green squares on textures, or in random cases when a map loads in like in a multiplayer fps game, the whole map is messed up. Like stretched textures, invisible floors etc, also causing a drop in fps.

Another thing is things like parts of maps in some games just load in kind of slowly, or glitched. For example trees in a map loading in slightly delayed. Or a horse in RDR2 loading in slow and glitched falling over.

Most games still ran fairly well though, with stable fps and no crashing, except from RDR2 which would crash after like an hour of playing with an unknown error, which I don't know if related or not with GPU.

But now even after full fresh Windows 11 install and Adrenaline 24.12.1 drivers, nothing is even fixed. In fact, it's even worse. Like now since the last couple days I can't even start up Forza Horizon anymore, it just crashes to desktop with driver timeout when loading into the game.

There seems to be problems in some games with loading levels/maps, causing the game to freeze or crash to desktop.

I've tried driver versions 24.5.1, 24.8.1, 24.10.1 and 24.12.1 and the issues are still there.

I've lost most hope at this point and suspect it's a hardware problem and the only choice is RMA. But if anyone knows a solution please tell.
