Hey everyone I’m just looking for some help solving an issue I’ve been having. I was having some random white screen flickering at times so I decided to clean wipe all AMD drivers and then reinstall them. Now I’m running barely 165fps on games I used to be able to get 300+ and I can’t figure out why. I’ve included My specs and let me know if anything else would help. I appreciate any effort of help because at this point I’m not sure what to do.

not easy , don't know how you wiped drivers, did you wipe chipset driver in the process?  maybe something didn't happen as expected ... maybe try to uninstall again and use a tool to clean windows registry ? and reinstall

or maybe every thing is ok, and you just resetted some settings you made before wiping , by reinstalling and just have to check it again ?

Not a gamer but do you really see a difference in game play between 300 FPS and 165 FPS?

At those FPS speed the eye won't recognize any difference unless it goes below 30 FPS.
