So recently i kept encountering micro stutters while playing games on my pc. I was playing Rainbow Six Siege with my friend and suddenly it starts to stutter like every 1-2 minutes. The FPS dropped by 2-3 FPS, sure it's not a lot but it's very noticable. And i thought it was probably just Rainbow Six but no. I booted up War Thunder and it's still the same. I always run my games on medium settings and always had Vsync on so my RX 6600 can just chill with the GPU utilization under 30%. I also tried driver reset but it still doesn't work. Could it be the new AMD Adrenaline update (24.3.1) that's causing that? Because just before i had this issue i updated the AMD Adrenaline software & driver from 24.2.1 to 24.3.1 and before updating i never have stuttering issues. Please help because the stuttering keeps bugging me
