This issue started after downgrading from Windows 11 to 10. While stress testing, I got BSOD WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR with no dump file creation. I already reinstalled Windows several times, did not helped. Also I noticed, my GPU power draw never goes higher than 60w. I tried to crank up power limit to 20%, did not helped.
Things that did not helped:
Disabling ULPS
Disabling MPO
Reinstalling drivers using DDU
Re-seating the GPU
Changing HDMI cable
Updating BIOS
Going back to Windows 11
Things that temporarily worked:
Lowering the clock frequency to 1626 MHz
Things I can't do:
Change GPU slot (2nd slot is obstructed by welded in HDD drawer)
Changing the PSU
Buying new GPU
Specs:
CPU: Intel Core i5 7500
Mobo: Asus Prime Z270-P
GPU: Asus Dual RX 6600
1000W PSU(I don't remember the model, but definitely not KCAS)
HyperX DDR4 2x8 GB sticks of RAM
